The aqueous solution is acidic. This product is a sorbitol isomerizer, sorbitol is very hygroscopicity, and this product has no hygroscopicity. Mannitol has a sweet taste, equivalent to 70% of the sweetness of sucrose.
Application:
For Food: As a food emulsifier, dispersants can be widely used in pastries, candies, beverages, etc. the product has the smallest water absorption in sugar and sugar alcohol, and has a crisp sweet taste. It is used for anti-sticking of maltose, chewing gum, rice cake and other foods, as well as anti-sticking powder for general cakes. It can also be used as a sweetener with low calorific value and low sugar in foods for diabetic patients and bodybuilding foods.
In industry: mannitol can be used in the plastic industry to make rosin esters and artificial glycerol resins etc.
